In a further sign of the ongoing upswing in construction work in the UK in 2017, Aconex enterprise partner, AECOM, has won a £200M contract to build 3,000 modular homes for developer, First Base, a member of the Silvertown Partnership, who are transforming East London’s Docklands. Link
The contract includes the construction of a modular homes factory. The development is a part of the larger £3.5bn Silvertown Quays urban regeneration project.
