All have our own views and yes you are technically right zz. But we won't know deal until it is announced, BUT everything seems very positive so far. The fact that they will extinguish debt with cash left says to me we wont see a SP anywhere near a $1. This deal will also take a lot of uncertainty out of company. Remember we saw a run up to $2.60 with that uncertainty there. Hmmm
