jv has taken a controlling interest, so it doesn't want to takeover AED as the risk maybe too great to them at this point in time. So jv with controlling interest, less exposure to the risk and control the company. all good for the jv. AED directors will lose seats and if and when the oil spurts will takeover the whole show with no barriers to that move.
