AED will utilise the funds received from the transaction to:

1.retire debt,
2.settle its creditors,
3.fund its joint venture interest, and
4.development opportunities.

Their are 4 uses for any funds.

To talk of such figures of above $4.00 for AED is your opinion, but I certainly believe you are well off the mark.

Current prices, perhaps, are about right IMO.
