    The way I see this Sinopec offer based on an enterprise value of $A1 billion. Taking off current debt of say $A350 million [bank + convertibles + creditors + hedge mark to market].

    This leave $A650 million of which AED has 40% equity or about $A260 million. Using the 150 million shares on issue around $A1.80 ps.
