Who is this massive accumulator?
They seem to pick up at least $100 000 of shares a day,
for the last two and a half weeks now.
They must be headed for or already be in the Top 20,
Will there need to be an Ann if the top 20 changes?
Or someone takes a significant holding?
How long do they have to make such an Ann, if that is the case?
