Kcheng Ive previously suggested that Barbara Morgan may be from Portillion Capital out of the UK. They specialise in Islamic funding and investment which makes sense for Mauritania but they seem to be more specialists in financial advice, so im not completely sure

Alandale Plant and Scaffolding both had Morgans that moved to Portillion Capital. They also list Swanarrow Ltd as some related entity.
