The current SP is not based on fundamentals
Just on speculation, day trading , manipulation,
panic selling, and quick profit taking
After all the weak hands are gone who short change themselves selling at this price , then the sp will go up to reflect the fundamentals. Based on the recent volume this is already occurring with strong hands accumulating and we should see the light reasonably soon.
We just need some news like a permit and then the sp will go up and not fall back down to these levels
