I do think the ownership structure of Ags is a factor - the company is very much in the control of the board and any buyer can only nibble unless they get an agreement with the board.Any nibble and the price shoots up without much in the way of shares purchased.This is the way I see the current low price. This time next year Ags will have 60,000lbs per month of uranium to sell if all goes according to plan. If we look at the long term price its not unreasonable to predict a free cash flow of $3m per month - or am I missing something ? Even in todays market there has to be some action between now and then. The issue of capital is yet to be cleared up but the board stated in November that they hoped to get through to production without the need to raise cash - in any case I don't think they need $25m.
