Depends how much importance you put on 'professional' valuations!

and Bell Potter...“Buy 2” recommendation based on an assessed value of $1.70 and a 12-month price target of $3.40
and Nov 07..Lonsec..The indicative valuation range of $1.33-$2.68 per share

Of course there has since been a global meltdown, but 4 mile has progressed and will be producing soon and when these reports came out that was not confirmed.
With the benefit of hindsight, all these valuations are pie in the sky. I believe AGS is worth much more than present value, but still many uncertanties before profits start flowing. I intend to hold my modest holding, cross my fingers and hold on for the anticipated ride up. Sadely, as an amatuer, I have been known to be wrong with my past predictions just like most of the so called experts. The only difference between us is they are getting paid to make their 'informed' guesses, and if they are 'investing' they will likely be investing clients money, whereas my investments are my own funds!
