    Ok the way I understand it is that the documents for POL were not deemed as “received” unless they met all the criteria for the AELB to accept them. They had to go back on an ongoing basis. Once all the criteria were met, then at that stage they were deemed as received.

    In an ASX announcement on 5 January 2012, Lynas confirmed that it met all the requirements for the application to the AELB for the LAMP.

    The AELB then provided hard copies for public comment.

    There was never an application made to the AELB for a POL until the AELB said it met all the requirements. Now that the AELB have said it does, that it has now received the application to make a decision. I think it’s a fair bet they will approve it as they would have not accepted the application
