Q:Lynas says it has submitted its proposals to the AELB to meet the Ministers final two conditions and is now awaiting the Temporary Operating License — when will this licence be issued and what is currently delaying the process?
A:Yes, AELB has received documents pertaining to the two additional conditions ordered by the MOSTI Minister. Presently, these documents are undergoing due diligence to assess if Lynas is meeting these new requirements.
Hang in there Ladies and Gentlemen. Not long now TOL is just round the corner!
