Do you think that the shareholders of Rio in that article are shooting their own company by questioning the actions of the Board of Director. In fact that action resulted in Rio shareholders getting very good value for their company not the peanuts the Board of Directors valued it at that time.
That is the purpose of LSA. To improve the shareholder value by ensuring that the one person and puppets on a chain do not lead us to destruction.
