I too have been following LYC for some years, and have (modestly) profited as well for my SMSF.
But after carefully following the TOL saga on HC this year - and significantly 'buying the good story' in recent months - I'm getting very impatient with the lack of proper communication from both Malaysian authorities and LYC.
While very grateful for the forensic skills of contributors in translating speculative press leaks, I'm not happy with the way this appears to be a very opaque commercial market - in what is a very substantial international company dealing with a strategically sensitive product mix, aso involving Australia's major trading partner who currenly totally monopolizes this product area.
iMO if we don't hear something from either party that makes logical sense to S/H this week, well .......!
