LYNAS RECEIVES FULL OPERATING STAGE LICENCE Lynas Corporation Limited (“Lynas”) (ASX:LYC, OTC:LYSDY) is pleased to announce that the Malaysian Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) has today issued Lynas with a Full Operating Stage Licence (FOSL) for the Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP). This decision follows a rigorous review undertaken by the AELB and other independent regulatory bodies in Malaysia, all of whom have concluded that the LAMP is in compliance with applicable regulations. “Receiving this licence is another significant milestone for Lynas, and validates the safe and secure operation of the LAMP during the two year tenure of the Temporary Operating Licence (TOL),” said Lynas Chairman Nicholas Curtis. “Lynas looks forward to continuing the ramp-up of LAMP production and sales, and to securing its future as a sustainable supply chain partner in this strategic global market.” The FOSL is renewable in two years’ time.
