You nailed it in one ! Debt renegotiation is the only elephant in the room when you are talking solvency. The F.O.S.L and reaching nameplate would always have been contract conditions for the myriad of financial contracts LYC has in place. As to the title F.O.S.L it smells of political correctness so that SMSL wouldn't get as cranked up as if they used P.O.L. Maybe A.E.L.B renamed it during the time the T.O.L was in place.
I am a non-holder now after having held for several years. I have just spent the last 12 months trying to make up the losses incurred by my catastrophic investment in LYC. I was also wondering where the A.G.M will be this year. Possibly in Malaysia ? Its not too far away.
