Could not agree with you more. If the issuance of the TOL is not considered to be a company making event and highly market sensitive in nature then honestly I have absolutely no idea what would fit that definition.
If our Board of Directors and Executive management team do their jobs as required of them under Corporations law and the ASX listing rules they will act in the best interests of ALL shareholders big and small.The company will request a trading halt before market open this morning pending the AELB announcement on Thursday the 28th of June.
If this does not occur I for one will be asking if not why not and pursuing the matter through ASIC. I would also encourage other shareholders to do so but I do not believe that it will be necessary as good sense will prevail I am sure.
