imho, you are correct in saying that it is the external market conditions and institutional traders that are affecting the SP now.
That said, once TOL is issued, we start importing and refining and there is some cash flow we will start to see some upward movement.
Even better, we will be able to get some cash into the business and we can earn some dividends, eventually (ie 'within two weeks :P). :)
