Didn't NC himself imply that something like the TOL / first feed might be imminent in August? Didn't he do a two part interview just before the release of the June Quarterly report and before the Conf call? That interview and release by another media that she was confident TOL would be issued soon, mollified me somewhat. Hmmmm.....

I would think as a responsible manager of Lynas he should at least let the shareholders know what has happened. And he should also report on the outcome of the SMSL appeal and not leave it to media and NGOs. Why his continued silence?
