You lot are hilarious!

Suggesting that management are sitting around, twiddling their thumbs, waiting for a phone call from AELB!

Do you honestly think that they are NOT trying to find out when it will be issued? NOT doing all they can to facilitate its issuance asap? If so you clearly have little faith in management's abilities to recognise what is important and should consider selling your shares.

Or maybe some shareholders would prefer a daily announcement saying that the company has no date for the issuance of the TOL but is still working hard with the Malaysian authorities to get it as soon as possible, just so that the shareholders could feel they were being kept fully informed?

PERHAPS if you were fully informed, that is, IF the company were to be completely honest with you, the announcement MIGHT read:

"The company has been unofficially informed that the AELB are considering issuing the TOL at the end of January 2013. Management consider this to be totally unacceptable in view of the fact that the company has fulfilled all the conditions stipulated for the issuance of the TOL, and we are petitioning the Malaysian Govt. at the highest level for an immediate resolution to this further delay."

I mean, that would really help the sp short term, wouldn't it? But, you would be fully informed.

Sometimes ignorance is not only bliss, it is essential.
