good idea, your disappointed with the SP so lets slag off management.
Its a bit like waiting for your house application to be approved through council. Your builder has submitted everything but the council just wont get there act together. So what do you do?? You blame your builder, you annoy them with emails and phone calls, you go on forums and slag them off so future customers are driven away from your builder. You continue this until your builder is declared bankrupt or bought out and you your self lose money.
How ever there was nothing your builder could of done as it had all been stuffed up by the council that failed to approve your application.
