The ball is finally in the AELB's court for issuance of the Temporary Operating License.
As we all know by now, two more conditions were imposed by the Minister and Lynas has responded with their answers to those conditions as of 19 June.
Note that Lynas made its initial application to the AELB on 5 January this year and the AELB made the decision granting the TOL on February 2. This is roughly a month between application and decision.
Given the bulk of the application is already completed, I doubt approval of the two new conditions will take another 30 days.
I would estimate 1-2 weeks from receiving Lynas' response.
I would therefore expect issuance of TOL at the very very latest by July 6. At the latest.
My earliest forecast for TOL issuance is June 27.
