I'm pleased and positive about the progress but noone seems to be taking notice of recommendation 19:
"The Committee recommends that Premise License only issued by SLM after Lynas meet all approval and issuance of a license from AELB."
I seem to recall reading somewhere it's issued by the local council.
Now I assume we can ship once the TOL is issued but anyone know what this is and if it's more than a formality?
