The AELB meets at the end of each month every month. Lynas Malaysia has already indicated that it has prepared proposals to address the two new conditions imposed by MOSTI and has sent them to AELB.
Provided the proposals have reached AELB in time for this month's meeting then the application for issuance of the TOL should be heard.
If there are no further concerns on the part of AELB then they should issue the TOL at this meeting.
