There have been more and more rings for LYC to jump through however they have jumped through alot. AELB will wait for Thursday court case. A positive outcome will apply more forward momentum for the community opinions. I expect TOL Friday/Monday. Been plenty time for LYC and AELB to work on final two conditions.. Then that's it. LYC has been through everything else...
