To add to the speculation I'd also wondered whether there's any significance to 45 being two-thirds of the 68 nameplate capacity...?
I went back through the last 6 months daily production rates last night before posting and think 45 is the optimal rate atm where they can supply the most gas before shutting it down for cleaning.
Hopefully in the quarterly we'll get an update on how the below from the last quarterly is progressing. The daily AEMO flow rates don't look promising however
