They had 36 as their forecast yesterday and thought about commenting but assumed they'll do their normal thing and update later in the arvo to 45. Fail

Why was it 36? No idea. It does my head in these days just thinking about it
They seem to be updating the AMEO later than normal lately. I did go in at the normal time ~12.30pm. Wasn't there and had to go out.
