This is what baffles me. No extra supply, diluted and more debt.
Unless buying Orbost is a strategic move to take advantage of conventional onshore gas exploration and development. This would make sense. Restrictions have been lifted and owning both Athena and Orbost would be good business, especially developing expertise in gas processing.
