This is exactly why I said holding ARE was the only current safe way to have leverage over Torrens in ones portfolio. Not to mention its been accumulated so heavily by strong hands. Once it moves up again it will be significant. And likely very very fast.
AIS has been in the process of a complete restructure for a while, board, shares, debt, finance, the lot. Its always been a mess that needed sorting and why I wouldn't touch it personally, always considered it too much a risk as you would have had to hold through all the restructuring and debt sorting....
H@pe its not too painful for AIS holders but it really is needed for them and yes only makes it all stronger for the progression of torrens moving forward.
In my mind it was the only thing left that needed to be done for this all to proceed too. So super excited to see the hype start to build as retail starts to notice the torrens play at a time that its likely needed pretty badly in the copper world.
