My hot take about gold lately is that an increased copper demand and price scenario will see reduced gold prices, entirely because gold is typically produced as part of copper mining and this will increase gold supply out of step with demand. Is this overly simplistic? I haven't seen anyone else with this viewpoint so I could well be totally wrong.
For that reason I'd rather Aeris focus on copper for the long term and not acquire gold mines or spend too much money on Cracow exploration.
