So if the objective of any good negotiation is to achieve a 'win win' so that both parties are motivated and positive about the outcome, if 10.5c is not a good price, then this must be a 'lose lose'. Not only are both parties going to lose money but with WHSP having 30% of AIS they cant even go their separate ways. WHSP can't exit without decimating the AIS price so are motivated to help make this work. I'd be more inclined to believe that some work has been done by unknown forces to walk the AIS price down recently in order to get this deal over the line, so at 10.5c the downside would therefore appear limited........I don't recall anyone valuing AIS at or below 10.5c in recent times.
