This program was put in place to validate both the commercial and technical potential of the Aeris residential program. Aeris is pleased to announce that this trial has been an unqualified success with excellent customer feedback and a very high sales rate. The marketing campaign featured Professor Kerryn Phelps and covered both mass media and direct mail. Based on the outstanding response, ChemDry and Aeris have agreed to move to a full national roll out over the next quarter to the 200 franchisees across Australia. Japan Market Update Aeris has received final confirmation that the complete range of the Company’s products can be marketed in Japan without additional regulatory requirements. Japan, the second largest HVAC market in the world, represents an outstanding opportunity for Aeris’ complete product portfolio due to a major focus on energy saving and a parallel heightened concern for human health and safety. Aeris has been in ongoing discussions with a number of potential partners and large customers in Japan. The Company has now progressed these discussions substantially and during the month of February 2005 our team is conducting a demonstration of its products capabilities in a commercial building in Tokyo. Whilst the finalisation of Aeris’ entry into the Japanese market will require a formal process, the Company is confident of a full launch in 2005 and gaining strong momentum in this crucial market. Key Commercial Accounts Aeris continues to develop an outstanding portfolio of commercial reference sites across the globe. The Company’s strategy is for these high profile customers to soon represent a critical mass which will accelerate the uptake of our products globally in its target markets. Following our recent successes in the Middle East and India, Aeris has just won the prestigious 645 bed Westin Hotel in Manila. The Westin has targeted improved air-conditioning efficiency, enhanced air quality and significant energy savings as the key benefits of implementing the Aeris system. Westin Hotels are part of the Starwood Group, one of the world's largest hotel and leisure companies and includes the Sheraton, Four Points, W Hotels and Westin brands. Aeris has a sharp focus on the hospitality industry internationally and continues to make strong progress with other global chains. Aeris has had formal discussions in Australia with most of its key international distributors over the past 10 weeks and they have reported strong progress in acquiring new customers and in each of their markets, there is a rapidly growing awareness of both energy and air quality in their individual markets. In addition, extensive OEM plant trials with major manufacturers have been undertaken and our AerisCoat technology continues to move towards early commercial adoption. EPA The Technical Director of Aeris visited the US EPA in January 2005. The purpose of this meeting was to do a pre-submission review of the Aeris products and claims. Arising out of these discussions Aeris had confirmation that the ingredients and formulations were highly likely to fall within acceptable

EPA guidelines. This was a significant milestone for the Company. The EPA further confirmed that the area of HVAC was important to the US government and very few products carried the specific EPA HVAC approvals to date. The next issue being negotiated is timing of approval and the Company is making further submissions to this end in the coming weeks. Generally, Aeris has achieved a high degree of confidence that it will be granted both approval and the desired claims in this important US market. CEO and Board Positions Aeris formally announces the appointment of Mr Huw Jones as CEO and Executive Director of Aeris Technologies. Mr Jones has been invited onto the Board of Aeris as a reflection of the strong contribution he has made to the Company’s development and focus to date. Mr Howard Leibman has stepped down from the Board of Directors due to his other commitments. Aeris Global Headquarters Aeris expects to complete the upgrade to its global headquarters in Sydney in March 2005. These new facilities will provide first class training amenities, enhanced operational capability and sufficient room to accommodate the Company’s expansive business plan. Yours sincerely Maurie Stang Chairman 3
