A very positive aeromag survey. Points of note; Firstly the comparison of Mt Nabeba to Mbarga with a possible 100MT of DSO quality ore. Then the extension of the known mineralisation south into the Congo ( but we've always suspected that).
I like the way the company has played down the significance of the new discovery, trying not to ramp the SP. It is only very early stages.
This does call into question the amount of cash required to fully explore and develop a jorc compliant resource.
The announcement did say that they would be concentrating on Mbarga, maybe this can be put on the back burner until we have a cash flow in 2012.
One thing for sure is that it must make a potential off take agreement much more attractive now.
Who knows, maybe Westcotts prediction of 20 billion tonnes a few months ago could come to fruition ( he must have leant the crystal ball to Klob!)
