That ladder was purchased for the last NEW aeronautical contract announced by QHL back in 10th December 2013 (Lockheed Martin C130-J Wing Sets - Memorandum of Understanding).
As the order involved wing sets, a ladder was deemed necessary for the capital expenditure needed for this new contract.
Or maybe was purchaed as a back door emergency evacuation point by our overloaded senior management.
We are closing on three years since our last NEW aeronautical contract.
Patience is the fruition of results.
That ladder was purchased for the last NEW aeronautical contract...
