See the response from AER- expected nothing less from a government department.

They confirm 1 thing... Even if Alexis withdraw, the first hearing was opened and as such AER can take the full 90 days to make a decision.

Furthermore they have come out and said specifically that ms Joan has narrowly met the criteria as an intervener (for me you either do or don't ).

Back on the pessimistic band wagon... Someone wants this to take a very long time and they are getting their way... AER decision may include recommendations to cpl to change parts of their mine plan- add the rest of the year for approvals if this is the case!!!

We now need both ms Joan and Alexis to withdraw - just Alexis isn't enough as the hearing was opened..

Strangely we are up right now with this news..
