A while since I looked at the numbers so may not be current but the outgoings might look like this:

    Asset debt Comprising:
    DBNGPL $2,491m proportional $498m
    Multinet $831m $167m
    WAGN $625m $464m
    TOTAL $1129m

    Corp debt at $518m

    Total all debt $1647

    Costs on sale
    BAM 1% $25
    Tax (ex other posts) $60??
    Other say $15??
    TOTAL $100m

Say Total debt and sale cost $1747m

So all we need now is a selling price :)

Based on various posts a range $1950 to $2200 may be likely which would see $200m to $450m to BEPPAs

Allowing 780 mill BEPPAs then ~ 25c to 55c each

Let's see how it works out, and I hope I'm not getting too far ahead of myself, but 25c minimum looks a fair bet.

    Many thanks Bronte !!

    ps W534220

While BAM may not have onwed any BEPPAs (?) ....I expect friends of BAM would have to get the vote accross. So expect (hope) this may be an incentive to maximise sale price.
