    Dosn`t look too good.
    Atco possibly not genuine, Duet with funding problems and $60m tax liability attached to AET&D assets.
    Looks like Brookfield stiched up the deal to get Tax losses on purchase , then isolated it with tax liabilities.
    The story continues!
