    I have the paper in front of me:
    "A consortium led by Canadinan out fit ATCO including Duet and Palisade is believed to have signed a binding deal to purchase the portfolio for about $585 million...."
    The portfolio includes WA Gas networks, Multinet Gas, Dampier Bunbury, Tasmanian Gas Pipeline and Westnet energy.
