I too would like to know where you got your 3c/BEPPA from?

Hope this is not correct as would mean they only got around $250 mill for Tas Gas Pipelines (ML vaue at $342 mill) and also $0 for West Net which was presumably wrapped in to the ATCO/DUET deal?

We can't give away this much value. As per earlier posts (prior to the ATCO announcement, eg my post 16 June)should be minimum 20c/BEPPA ....and with several bidders may have been able to realise 40+c/BEPPA which in my view represents something like the assets could be worth

Any alternative is better than 3c.

I have looked through the Deed Poll of 12 Nov 2009 and can't see anything on a vote apart from the "Promisor" needs > 75& to have any changes (which only they can propose) to the Deed Poll accepted.

Does anyone else know if they need a vote to get the deal across the line?
