The lack of communications doesn't really surprise me. One: Brookfield have nothing to gain by looking after former note holders. Two: until the bids come in, they know as little as we do.

Once there are committed bids on the table we will almost certainly be asked to vote on acceptance. That should involve a reasonable amount of disclosure and all our questions will be answered.
