I make that about 7.5 cents a BEPPA* and on the lower side of the independent experts assessment (6-19 cents) of October 2009. I read the valuation as a conservative estimate based on that external advice.

Whether it is indicative of likely bids for the assets is another matter. I would be a little disappointed, but hey! this is all cream.


*Don't ask me to justify that. It would involve me looking up old notes that I think died with my old computer.
