PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
Australian Education Trust (AEU, formerly Peppercorn Investment Fund) is a unit
trust that operates as an owner of childcare centre properties. In late 2004,
ABC Learning Centres acquired all 115 of AEU's childcare centre businesses,
leaving it with the properties. It is now solely a property trust, only
investing in childcare centres. AEU now has an agreement with ABC, that all new
centres that ABC acquires or develops will be onsold to AEU.
