Your answer is in the quarterly and the recent speeding ticket:

"The Company intends to monitor the Phosphate market while it considers the optimal processing solution for the Wonarah project and considering strategic end users in the fertilizer and battery manufacturing sectors."

In response to last Friday's speeding ticket, they mention that they have recently signed a confidentiality deed with Polyhedrous Pty Ltd.

"The confidentiality agreement covers the review of information on the Wonarah Phosphate Project by Polyhederous to consider a farm in, or other agreement, in the Project. Due diligence by Polyhederous has only just started and is expected to be completed in 2 months."

Polyhederous sounds like a holding company so its difficult to know which players have flagged their interest. Assume they are heavy hitters. No doubt they want their interest kept confidential hence why they are acting via a holding company.
