In response to last Friday's speeding ticket, they mention that they have recently signed a confidentiality deed with Polyhedrous Pty Ltd.

"The confidentiality agreement covers the review of information on the Wonarah Phosphate Project by Polyhederous to consider a farm in, or other agreement, in the Project. Due diligence by Polyhederous has only just started and is expected to be completed in 2 months."

Polyhederous sounds like a holding company so its difficult to know which players have flagged their interest. Assume they are heavy hitters. No doubt they want their interest kept confidential hence why they are acting via a holding company.

Hi dangerat,

The language they used in the quarterly such as 'monitor' and 'consider' just made it sound a bit passive.

The confidentiality agreement with Polyhederous does indeed seem promising and it looks like we might get some news around that before EOY.
