That NT Govt Press Release was the same day as AEV announced the 3 month period etc
TVN was also mentioned in that PR and they also released an ASX Ann
This bit was interesting in the PR:

Lots of criticism for this project, namely:
1. $1,5b in Federal govt funding
2. Gas projects
3. "Environmental credentials rely on highly speculative technologies"
