It is an interesting take on things that you possess, especially the X factor being Ed’s options, as with most mining ventures I would assume that the X factor is what is in the ground, not what securities the MD holds.
You seem pretty confident that the $2 million in drilling is just a smokescreen. I guess you could argue that it is a pretty expensive smokescreen, unless you know the value of what is really there of course.
Taking the worst case scenario of this line of thought, the increase in exploration spending would be due to them not having a clue about what is down there. How likely is this scenario? Could the granite gneiss have thrown things off track??
If you get a chance, I am very interested in obtaining your (or anyone else’s for that matter) opinion on the questions/issues I raised in the post titled ‘AEX: the real questions’.
