The interesting action will be in the trading of the entitlements offer and who goes into the market to buy them up.
If BMM are genuinely interested in the company then they will be in the entitlements market in a big way.
If AF want to keep BMM off the register (or at the very least keep their ownership down to levels as low as possible) then AF/Squadron will be active in the entitlements market.
Could prove to be very interesting trading times ahead I think.
