This would have to be the best possible news for LTH. Sure we will have to stump up some cash to participate in the entitlement offer, but at the same time (a) we haven't been shafted and taken over by a low ball offer of 6c, (b) we haven't been massively diluted by one or a few large insto shareholders getting onto the register and leaving us with crumbs, (c) If some of us decide to sit on our hands and not participate in the offer, then the entitlement offer is fully underwritten anyway by a very friendly shareholder.
If anyone has any idea on what a better solution might look like then I'm keen to read about it.
This is a win-win folks.
