    Thank god! They need to bring this to a head. Interesting that D&G put their share up for sale. Would be interesting to know for how much. The worst case scenario we exit this investment (don't think that would happen though) and get $33M back. With $20M cash in bank ($53M a then total) plus a possible 49% of Cuervo (Indonesia Zip) - still not a bad investment under even this scenario considering a current market cap of about $25M.
