it seems from my point of view that srk and MAPSA has a more amicable/flexible deal than D&C in relation to the maturing share price and production royalties etc.
D&C came into the original deal late with a legitimate claim which presumably MAPSA conveniently didn't mention they might have. not happy.
D&C have patiently timed (or triggered, by the 32mil raising) their comeback to stall both parties at a time they feel is best suited to their outcome.

shankar and espec. farooq are pretty damn good with legal, from what i'm told....
be interesting to find out weather D&C are dredging an old argument or actually have a new loophole (somewhere between the 51% - 68.15%) that the boys managed to miss.

all said, think the buyers today said "hey, if 51% is the downside, then let me in the caboose!"
